Returns

Here at The Familycares we constantly try to deliver the highest level of customer service and we are fully determined to make sure you are satisfied and delighted for the service you have recived from us.however,in the unlikely event,if you are not happy to with the item you bought from us and wish to return,we will try extremely hard to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

 

I have received my item but I no longer need it?
If you are not happy  with your purchase you can kindly  return it to us within 30 days of the item being dispatched to you for a full refund,

 note; any items purchased via our store, which have been opened,used or have had their shrink-wrap removed or out of its original packaging are not eligible for return.


incorrect,defective,or missing item

once you received your item .please thoroughly check the delivered item.if found to be defective ,incorrect,or you believe you are missing an item.please kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery.please also kindly include a images and description of the issue along the order number to resolve the matter on the most expedite basis.


Damaged item
In the unlikely event,if your item is delivered damaged .please kindly contact us within 48 hours  of delivery.please take a photo which displays the actual damage of the item and kindly email it to our team.once your email received by us we will urgently contact you to determine the needed outcome

We will urgently take action, either sending a replacement or immediately make a full refund after the damaged item has been received by us .


What do I need do  if I want to return the item?

we want to make the return process easy and hassle free for the convenience of our value customers. please take the following steps or contact us if you require any further assistance.

  • If you wish to return an item please kindly contact us and explain the  Reason for the return.We will instantly issue a pre paid return label, along with our return address and your unique Returns Authorisation (RA) number to easily identify your item once received in our warehouse..
  • Once the return lable has been issued,You are very kindly requested to  securely package the item  and include a note with the Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
    When will I receive my refund/replacement?

    We will process your refund / replacement Request within two working days after the item has been  received  in our warehouse.our dedicated team will carefully check the item and will make the decision as soon as they can.if Replacement was requested by you it is always subject to availability and if not in stock ,we will instantly issue refund based on the condition and request of our value customers. .
